CSID Emergency Notification System
Emergency response communication is an important part of every public utility system. These notifications help keep residents informed about potential issues, emergencies, or safety hazards that may affect the community. When an alert is issued, you may receive a notification by phone call, text message, or email.
The Coral Springs Improvement District (CSID) participates in ALERT Coral Springs through the City of Coral Springs. Each month, CSID provides the City with updated customer contact information to help ensure notifications are delivered using the most current information available. In order to keep your records accurate, please notify CSID whenever your contact information changes, including your phone number or email address.

New Water Meters Are Here
We’ve been preparing for this, and we’re excited to finally share that installation of the new water meters will officially begin August 3, 2026!
To make the process as smooth as possible, installations will take place in sections throughout the community. Before work begins in your area, you’ll receive a door hanger with details about the installation process, what to expect, and contact information if you have any questions.

Lawn Watering Schedule
Lawn watering is limited all year in South Florida by the South Florida Water Management District. Watering is allowed between the hours of 4 p.m. and 10 a.m. Even numbered address can water on Thursdays and Sundays. Off numbered addresses can water on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
